Is there a right time to start?

Nope. Your 28 days begin from your first booked class, so you can purchase now and start when the timing works for you.

Do I need to do a beginners class?

While we have a couple of dedicated beginners classes on the timetable you don't have to start here. Our regular classes are open level, which means we teach to the people in the room - ensuring everyone gets an appropriate workout no matter their level of experience.

What if I have an injury or concern?

Let your teacher know before class. We'll support you with options.

Can I use credits at both studios?

Yes! Your credits are valid across both Lyneham and Hawker.

How do I book my classes?

Once you purchase, you'll receive an email to guide you through your first booking. We recommend downloading the Momence app for the smoothest experience.

What happens after the 4 weeks?

We'll be in touch before your intro ends to help you find a membership or class pack that fits your routine and your budget. No pressure, no hard sell - just a conversation about what works for you.
