How we move
Whether you’re a total newbie or a long time mover we’ve got the moves for you.
We use Pilates based movement and strength training principles in open level classes.
Reformer Pilates
The darling of the Pilates world, the reformer uses springs and a moving carriage to both challenge and delight.
Mat Pilates
A great way to build global strength, develop coordination and learn moves you can take anywhere. Think floor play, but for grown ups.
Tower Pilates
If mat and reformer had a Pilates baby. One of the best ways to develop flexibility, mobility and (emotional) endurance. The only group tower offering in Canberra!
Pilates Circuit
Utilising stations and a mixture of Pilates equipment, like your friendly neighbourhood gym circuit, only cooler.
Clinical Pilates
1:1 sessions to address pain or injury. Can be stand alone or complement work you are doing with your health care provider.
Private
1:1 sessions for those that have specific movement and strength goals or want an introduction to the equipment first.
