February is that sweet spot in the year where the chaos of summer settles, routines return and life finds its rhythm again. It is the perfect time to carve out a little space for yourself, set the tone for the year ahead and build habits that support your whole self, not just your to do list.
Whether you are rebuilding strength, chasing consistency or just want to feel a little more like yourself, this challenge is designed to help you get there in a way that is supportive, fun and doable.
What is Feel Better February?
Feel Better February is a four week studio wide challenge designed to help you:
build consistent habits
reconnect with your body
enjoy the mood boosting magic of regular movement
feel supported by a community that actually cares
No punishment. No pressure. No perfection.
Just movement that helps you feel better in your day to day life.
How it works
1. Choose your commitment
Pick the weekly attendance goal that feels right for you.
Twice weekly
Three times weekly
Ultimate (four or more sessions a week)
All levels and all bodies welcome.
2. Choose how you join
Whether you are a long term member or brand new to the studio, there is a simple way to jump in.

A one off $25 registration fee applies. Keep attending your usual classes and you are in the running for our major prizes.

Each participant also gets a Bingo Board filled with simple, feel good activities to support your wellbeing both in and out of the studio.

Tick off your squares at your own pace. No pressure. Just fun ways to sprinkle more joy into your week. Tick off a whole column or row plus your attendance goal in one week and you’re eligible for the weekly prize. Each completed row or column at the end of February is an extra entry for you into our grand prize draw!
Social Media Bonus
Share a photo of yourself completing a square to Instagram, tag us and make sure your profile is not set to private while the challenge runs. Every photo earns an extra entry into the weekly prize draw.
