If you’ve ever felt stiff, restricted or like certain movements just don’t feel as smooth as they used to, this is for you.
These two in-studio mobility workshops are designed to help you understand your joints, move with more ease and build strength from the inside out. Not stretchy for the sake of stretchy. Not complicated for the sake of it. Just smart, practical tools you can actually use.
Led by Natalie Gabellone, Pilates teacher and mobility specialist, these sessions will show you how to care for your joints in a way that supports how you move now and how you want to move in the future.
Mastering CARs
Joint health, mobility and strength that lasts
Why CARs?
Controlled Articular Rotations (CARs) are a powerful, evidence-informed way to:
improve joint mobility and control
build strength at end ranges
support joint health as you age
reduce stiffness and “sticky” movement
move more confidently in daily life and training
Think of CARs as joint hygiene. A small daily practice that keeps your joints nourished, strong and adaptable so the rest of your movement feels better.
These workshops break CARs down in a way that is clear, accessible and immediately useful.
Workshop 1: Upper Body and Spine - $120
3pm Saturday 14 February 2026
Your shoulders, ribcage and spine set the tone for how you move through the world. When they move well, everything else tends to follow.
In this workshop you’ll learn:
what CARs are and why they matter
how to safely explore joint range with control
CARs for the shoulders, scapula, elbows and wrists
upper spine CARs and how the ribcage and spine support movement
how to build strength and mobility from the joint out
You’ll leave with a clear, effective routine you can use daily to keep your upper body feeling strong, mobile and ready to move.
Bonus:
All participants receive access to a recorded upper body and spine CARs routine after the workshop.
Workshop 2: Lower Body and Spine $120
3pm Saturday 28 February 2026
Strong, adaptable lower body joints are the foundation of confident movement, whether that’s walking, training, bending, jumping or simply getting through the day with less effort.
In this workshop you’ll learn:
how CARs support long term joint health
hip and pelvis CARs for strength and mobility
knee, ankle and foot CARs for stability and control
the spine’s role in supporting lower body movement
how to build a sustainable daily mobility practice
You’ll leave with a lower body routine that supports smoother movement, better balance and more confidence in your body.
Bonus:
All participants receive access to a recorded lower body and spine CARs routine after the workshop.
Do both workshops?
If you attend both sessions, you’ll get $40 off and also receive an extra spine-focused joint mobility workout to support whole-body movement and connection.
Highly recommended if you want the full picture.
